Shipping policy
<p>At Vintage Viral, all orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, <strong>Printful</strong>. Each item is custom-made after you place your order, so please allow time for both production and shipping.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Production Time</strong></p><p>Most orders are produced within <strong>2–5 business days</strong> after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (holidays, sales), production may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shipping Times (Estimates)</strong></p><p>• <strong>United States:</strong> 3–5 business days (Standard) / 1–3 business days (Express)<br>• <strong>Canada & Europe:</strong> 5–10 business days<br>• <strong>Rest of World:</strong> 10–20 business days</p><p>These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, location, and customs processing.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shipping Rates</strong></p><p>Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — see checkout for current thresholds.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Order Tracking</strong></p><p>Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>International Orders & Customs</strong></p><p>International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Lost or Delayed Packages</strong></p><p>If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or undelivered, contact us at <a href="mailto:sales@vintageviralclothing.com">sales@vintageviralclothing.com</a> within <strong>30 days of the estimated delivery date</strong> and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Wrong Address</strong></p><p>Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
