These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vintage Viral website at vintageviralclothing.com (the "Site") and purchase of products offered by Vintage Viral ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Orders

All products sold on this Site are custom-printed on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you upon order, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been submitted and sent to production. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order.

3. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated production time is 2–7 business days, with shipping time depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind. We do accept return or replacement requests for defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this Site are the property of Vintage Viral and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission. Our designs are inspired by early internet and meme culture and are original creative works.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintage Viral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
